CUSTOMISATION

Design to suit individual organisation culture or characteristics. There is seldom a single satisfactory solution.

Usually line supervisors are coached to impart much of the materials that build team effectiveness. This assists their potential facilitator role.

DURATION

Minimum of 5 days over 6 - 24 months, depending on skill levels, culture and application.
