from organisation surveys indicate that line managers and supervisors
are poor at giving feedback on performance and work related issues. |

| AIM |
To
provide the line manager with the skills and confidence of giving
and receiving frequent, direct and objective feedback and so reduce
the behavioural barriers to effective performance. |

behaviour which impacts on performance
· Providing a proper structure for feedback which
increases the effectiveness
· The skill of feedback which:
- Answers the question; "How am I doing?"
- Releases the potential for high performance

· Receiving feedback
· Managing the exceptions
· Introduction to 360° feedback
