This module focuses on the productive side of teams & individuals.

AIM

To assemble a series of techniques and skills to enhance performance in individuals & teams.

CONTENTS

· Identifying performance issues

· Problem definition under the heading of:

  - Skill
  - Knowledge
  - Confidence
  - Motivation & attitude
  - Reaction to culture & practice
  - “History” and perceptions
   
· Setting SMART standards for tasks & behaviour

· Role of line managers & team facilitators

· Feedback process & skills

· Skills of seeking commitment, developing ownership and responsibility,   generating pride

· Ground rules of feedback & matching culture

· Individuals making choices against consequences of success or failure

· Team self monitoring & continuous improvement

This may be delivered as a consultancy assignment, or as skills programmes.
