Ken
Wright holds a MA in Business Studies from Trinity College Dublin.
He has a Diploma in Personnel Management, is a member of the CIPD and has studied law at
Kings Inn Dublin. He is a specialist in Organisation Behaviour,
Change Management, Team Building and Leadership. He is a qualified
and experienced selection tester, using psychometric test.
He established in 1982; WRIGHT CONSULTANCY LTD., now incorporating
TEAMWORKS LTD. and LEADING EDGE Outdoor Programmes. All have established
an excellent reputation with their clients. He and his colleagues
have worked at all levels within the major Irish and multi-national
companies.
His expertise has developed over many years in Human Resource
and Employee Relations at work with General Motors (Vauxhall)
Luton; Local Government Training Board (U.K.); Price Waterhouse,
Dublin; Group Personnel Manager of Tegral Holdings Limited ( which
was part of the CRH Group, Dublin). Ken has a bank of employee
relations and management development experience, which culminated
in his preparation of published material on organisational policy
issues.
In more recent years his Consultancy practice has pioneered many
concepts in Change Management, Organisation Development, Leadership
and Team Development, with excellent practical results. His innovative
approach to training and development has won him many clients
in the Food, Brewery, Chemical, Retails, Transport and Financial
Service and Computer related organisations, including advisor
to many business leaders.
In addition he has worked extensively for Irish Government, European
Commission and was a member of the Courts Commission in Ireland.
He has worked for international clients, in multi-cultural environments
at home and abroad. He is currently in the process of establishing
an International Campus on Leadership in Ireland.
