Wright has an M.A. Degree from Trinity College Dublin and is a
Fellow of the Irish Institute of Training and Development and
a Member of the Corporate Institute of Personnel and Development. He has
a wide range of experience over 18 years in the private and public
sector, within the line management, personnel and training functions.
Previous work experience included Line Manager and Personnel Policy
Development Manager with FAS (The Industrial Training Authority);
Training Manager, Donnelly Mirrors Limited and Training Advisor
with the Engineering Industry Training Board in the U.K.
