As an independent Consultancy practice we use a wide range of Change tools to suit the customer. Where appropriate we try to build on previous initiatives and maintain a common language.

Values are defined as the set of Behaviours that an organisation wishes to continuously practice and are passionate about throughout the business.

Senior Managers are given company wide responsibility to champion specific values across the whole organisation, avoiding a pure functional approach to managing & leading change.

Specific strategies, goals & milestones (quantitative & qualitative) are established, measured and recognised at organisation, team & individual levels.
There is the potential to use scorecards.
